Eddy,
A few years ago we thought you were going to leave us, you put up an amazing fight, and fought your way back to give us all more time. You never complained about the adjustments you had to make and you didn't let it stop you from still getting around. You were and are a private man, who didn't share much about your past but I am sure you had your share of challenges that you had to overcome. The man that we grew to know and love; was the man who never came over empty handed, who always was willing to lend a hand. Never had a bad word to say about anyone. One who would appreciate every moment he was able to spend with you. Your sense of humor & caring ways. You would always be helping someone out. If you could do it, you would. I will greatly miss your visits. Seeing your truck pull up, you and mom sitting outside together. Our dinners and holidays together. Seeing you enjoy your apple pie and vanilla ice cream. Your love for the pool was much like my own. I really couldn't wait for mine to be finished so you could get to enjoy it again. Close to 10 years you made an impact on our lives. The man that we grew to know and love will always have a special place in our hearts and a seat at the table right next to mom. Even on your last day you told her you loved her and she took you on your last ride together. You both went back in time as she talked about your trips and adventures together. And you even thanked us for coming to see you.
Your work here has been completed and God said is was time to come home. Now you are healthy again. For that I am thankful as well for the time that God gave us when he brought you into our lives. You are a very special man. We know we will see you again so till then We Love You & God Bless.
