89, passed on May 7th. He was the husband of the late Alice (Nunes) Silvia.
Jr was a Teamster for many years and a WWII Army Veteran.
He is survived by two daughters, Audrey Silvia and Valerie Glass, and a son, Manuel P. Silvia, He was the father of the late Joseph Silvia.
A celebration of his life will be held Tuesday, May 13th from 6 to 8pm in the Cape Verdean Progressive Center, 239 Grosvenor Ave, East Providence.
