"Tony" 92, passed on May 11th with his loving family by his side.
Born in Fogo, Cabo Verde, a son of the late Marino Barbosa Vicente and Anna Vasconselos Barbosa Vicente.
He was the proprietor of farmlands in Cape Verde.
He is survived by four children, Antonia Vicente Ribelo, Dina Barbosa Vicente, Antonio Barbosa Vicente and Grace Vicente Spinella, a sister, Isabel Rodrigues, ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:15 am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St, Central Falls at 9:30am. Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 8pm.
