72, of 19 Spruce St., Providence, died Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Robertson.

Born in Wakefield, July 11, 1937, she lived in Providence for 52 years. She was the daughter of Margaret Fayerweather of Providence.

Besides her mother, she leaves four daughters, Linda G. Monroe of Watertown, Conn., Robin M. Love of East Providence, Nina B. Robertson of Providence, and Lisa Robertson of Norwich, Conn.; five sons, Terrance L. Monroe of Seekonk, Mass., Bruce W. Monroe of Providence, Jeffery J. Monroe (Coach Jeff) of Cumberland, Thayer E. Monroe of Providence, and Michael S. Robertson of Fall River, Mass.; and the mother of the late Steven D., Nancy C., and April A. Monroe; 37 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

She also leaves nine maternal brothers and sisters, Sandra Smith, Jane Cooley, Dawn Fayerweather Williams, Morris, Rodman, William, Lester, Thayer, and Stanley Fayerweather; and the late Linda Fayerweather Lopes and Nancy Fayerweather; four paternal brothers and sister, Theodore and George Prout, Bernice Moore and Leeann McLaughlin; and the late Donald, Joseph, Kenneth, Carl Prout, Brian Hall, and Grace Monroe.

Calling hours will be held Friday, Nov. 13, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Ave., Lincoln. The funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 14, at 11 a.m. at Praise Tabernacle Church, 251 Magnolia St., Cranston.
