36, passed unexpectedly on July 6th. He was the beloved and adored husband of Suzy (Barcelos) Winchester. They would have celebrated their seventh anniversary on July 7th.
Raised in Natick, he was the beloved son of Richard and Nancy (Salvi) Winchester. He was employed in the finance and banking industry for many years and served in the US Marine Corps Reserves.
Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by a brother, Robert J. Winchester of Boston, sister, Colleen N. Winchester, two nephews whom he adored, Conor McDonough and Julian Barcelos, his in-laws, Manuel and Connie Barcelos, and sister-in-law Manuela Barcelos of North Providence, his cherished dogs, Sophie and Smithers, and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
His funeral will be held Thursday at 8:45am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Jude Church, Front St, Lincoln, RI at 10am. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 5 to 8pm.In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to www.cairnrescueusa.com or the www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
