Born in Central Falls on October 10, 1944, he was a son of the late Rita Chenot and Wilfred Wildgoose. He later was adopted by the late John and Phyllis Carroll.
Bob served in the US Navy.
Besides his wife and sister, he is survived by his sons, Robert H. Carroll Jr. and his wife Chrissy, William and his companion Marie, Bruce and his companion Amanda, eight grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the brother of the late Peck Wildgoose.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, August 6th at 5 pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are invited and may visit starting at 4pm. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
