Jackie is also survived by Tammy and her husband Paul Almeida of CT, a son, Richard L. Testa of Leominster, MA, 5 grandchildren, A'drianna, Naydene, Crystal, Richard and Sarah, two sisters, Norma Ferguson and Barbara Williams, two brothers, Skip and David Bouchard.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday 8:45am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Agnes Church, Chatham St, Providence at 10am. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8pm
