79, passed on September 29th with her family by her side. She was the wife of Guilherme de Andrade. They were married for over 60 years.
Born in Brava, Cape Verde, a daughter of the late Jose Julio Do Couto and Maria Lopes. She is survived by her children, Dilma Defaria and husband Amancio, Maria Goncalves and her husband Euclides, Helena Depina and her husband Cipriano, Ida Andrade Burgo and her husband Aires, six siblings, Joao, Ideal, Adelina and Elisa Do Couto, Henrique and Daniel DePina, ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 11:30am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a service at noon. Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 5 to 8pm.
