On Friday, January 23, 2015, Deacon Carolyn Sue Williams, 56, answered the voice of the Lord that was calling her to come home and rest from her labor. She died peacefully at home while surrounded by her loving family. She was a resident of East Providence, RI and a retired administrative assistant for the Veterans Administration Hospital of Providence, RI. A believer in Christ, Deacon Carolyn served faithfully in her churches and communities as an usher, mentor, outreach worker and soul winner. She will long be remembered for her jovial personality and never-ending spirit of hospitality.
