88, passed on Easter Sunday surrounded by love. She was the wife of the late Normand Levesque. They had shared 61 beautiful years.
Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Gaston and Rosa (Casse) Collignon.
Rhea was the cook for St. Matthews Convent for 26 years. She was a lifelong Central Falls resident.
She is survived by two sons, Normand Levesque of Cumberland, Gerard "Gus" Levesque and his wife Sue of Central Falls, three daughters, Denise Lima and her husband Joe of East Providence, Yvette Chartier and her husband Bill of Pawtucket, and Elaine Catalan and her husband Mark of Pawtucket, two sisters, Sr. Juliette Collignon SSA, and Jeanne Petit, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Br. John Collignon SC and Sr. Anne Collegnon SSA.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, April 9th at 8:15 am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St, Central Falls at 9:30 am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4 to 7pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Camp Ker-Anna, 500 Reservoir Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864.
