89, of Jenks Ave, passed January 2nd 2010 very peacefully surrounded by her loving family, she was wife of the late August K. Tilquist and John F. Kiley.

Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late John and Isabelle (Hanley) Ostrander.
Mildred had previously been employed as a Facilitator for the Law Firm of Hinkley, Allen, Salisbury and Parsons.

She is survived by a son, John F. Kiley and his wife Patricia of Manville, a daughter, Kathleen Kiley with whom she resided,
four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a great-great grandson.

Services were private. Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Johnson.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St, Providence, RI, 02904.
