Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Raymond and Alice (Savard) Brochu.
Raymond was a Captain of the Central Falls Fire Department for many years before retiring and served as a Specialist Fifth Class in the United States Army.
He is survived by two loving sisters, Doris Brochu and Diane Riendeau, of Lincoln, two nephews, Eric and Douglas Brochu, one great nephew and one great niece. Raymond was also the brother of the late Irene and Roland Brochu.
