69, also known as "Mr. Fantastic" passed away peacefully on September 13th with his loving family by his side. He was a proud owner of the "House of Pizza" of Division St. for 43 years, that touched so many lives. He leaves behind his beautiful wife Efthalia (Georgoutsi) Stratis of 44 years. Born in Lia, Greece, he was a son of the late Constatinos and Athena (Gatzogiannis) Stratis.
Mr. Fantastic is also survived by three sons, Charlie, Spiros and Milton Stratis, seven grandchildren, Aaron, George, Ashley, Evan, Athena, Eleni and Owen Stratis, a brother, John Stratis and his wife Marina, two sisters, Alexandra Nikou and her husband Christopher and Toula Mihopoulos and her husband Alex, two daughter in laws, Nancy Stratis and Christine Silva and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Saturday, September 19th at 8:45am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln followed by Services at 10am in the Greek Orthodox Church of the Assumption, 97 Walcott St., Pawtucket. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 8pm.
