16 yrs. old, born on Feb. 15th, 1993, of Cranston, formerly of Warwick, RI, attended Cranston High School East, passed away peacefully at the Franciscan Children's Hospital in Brighton, Massachusetts on Monday, January 25th, 2010.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of, Janie Vafiadis and the late Robert Marro, step daughter of Andre Vafiadis, granddaughter of Louise Marro, Tina Vafiadis and Robert and Robin Patriquin and great granddaughter of "the late" Emmett and Anna Horton.

She will forever be remembered by her devoted siblings; "The late" Robert Marro Jr., Michael Marro, Melissa DiCharo, Steven, Jason, Adam and Heather Singleton, Richard , Victoria, and Raymond Suddith, Andre Jr. and Suzanne Vafiadis along with her Aunt Patricia Patriquin and countless other friends and family that were blessed to know her.

Before Brittney was granted her angel wings, her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Brittney had touched in some small way, throughout her short, yet very memorable life.

A memorial service for Brittney will be held on Monday, Feb. 1st, 2010 at 8am at St. Rita’s Church, 722 Oakland Beach Avenue, Warwick, RI 02899
The family requests that donations be made in lieu of flowers.
