58, passed on April 3, 2016. Born in Wake County, North Carolina, He was a son of the late Samuel Wilson and Betty Jean (Carpenter) Hazzard. He had been employed by Roberts Precut Vegetables Inc since 2003.
Manson is survived by his children, Dana Watts of Providence, Mia Watts and her husband, Gerald Taylor of Providence, Kieshonna Watts and her husband, Preston Hall of Providence and Shaun McLean of Winston Salem, North Carolina, his siblings, Rev. Gladys (Christmas) Smith of Zebulon, N.C., Rev. Sandra D. (Carpenter) Rezendes of Providence, Berry Lucas Jr., of Providence, Jarone Wilson Sr., of Hartford, CT, and Angelo Wilson of Springfield, MA. He is also survived by his other half, Cheyenne Potter and her daughter, Sutton Potter, 27 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 6 stepchildren. Mr. Carpenter was the brother of the late Angier (Lucas) Tholley, Veronice Lucas, William Lucas, Joyce Wilson and Joanne Wilson.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, April 10th from 2pm until 5pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
