90, died peacefully on August 13th at his son's home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Theresa (Cournoyer) Dube. He is survived by three sons, Ernest Dube and his wife Linda, Dennis Dube, and Michael Dube and his wife Susan, and five grandchildren, Christopher, Philip, Amanda, Devan and Jarrod.

He was a machine assembler for Mossberg Industries. All the while dedicating his life to serving his church and community in Central Falls through volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul, Blackstone Valley Food Center, offering his services as a machinist to Slater Mill, and a board member for Central Falls Little League. His devotion to Holy Spirit Parish, formerly Notre Dame Church included but not limited to the following: board member for the church's men's club, Eucharistic minister, greeter, lector, parish council, bazaar committee, and served at funeral masses.

He enjoyed a lifetime of bowling, golf, and playing cards. He enjoyed traveling to Virginia to visit his son Ernie and his family, appreciated the companionship of his son Dennis during the loss of his wife, and was taken in by the love of his son Michael and his family to care for and serve him by the example he set before them. In his later years, he enjoyed attending his grandchildren's sporting events, an occasional game of ping pong, and admired the care and love he received from his daughter-in-law Linda and his daughter-in-law Susan.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning, August 18th at 9:30am in Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St, Central Falls and a memorial service will be held Thursday evening at Christ Community Church, 224 Woodward Rd, Providence at 7pm.
