75, passed away on October 28, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Edith (Barros) Pina. Born in Brava, Cape Verde he was a son of the late Manuel and Laura (DaRosa) Pina.
Cris was a family man, a pillar that everyone went to for encouragement. His positive attitude and contagious smile will forever be remembered. He was a man of God who enjoyed serving in his church and his community at large. He was a worshipper who loved singing praises to God. Simply said, Cris was a phenomenal man of valor with exceptional integrity and love for his family, friends, community and country.
Besides his wife he survived by 3 children, Cristiano Jr., Emanuel and Peter Pina; 4 grandchildren, Kourtney, Amber, Jada, Anyah Pina; and 4 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Tuesday, November 1st at 10 A.M. at Faith Christian Center, 95 Sagamore Road, Seekonk, MA. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Blvd., Providence. Calling hours will be held Monday, October 31st from 5 - 8 P.M. in Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln.
