85, passed away on October 29, 2016. He was the husband of the late Beatrice (Rebelo) Loureiro. Born in Figueiro Da Serra, Portugal, he was a son of the late Jose and Adelaide (Mendes) Loureiro.
Antonio was a member of the Portuguese Social Club, UPB, and Portuguese Continental Association. He was an entrepreneur for over 50 years, owning many local businesses. He was a family man, car enthusiast, and enjoyed driving to Dunkin Donuts with his wife for coffee and donuts.
He is survived by a son, Al Loureiro and his wife Sheila, two grandchildren, Isabel Pais and her husband Nuno, and Melissa Loureiro; a daughter, Shirley Lopes and her husband Victor, two grandchildren, Eric and Victoria Lopes; two great grandchildren, Franchesca and Tiago Pais; a sister Grace Bento of California; two brothers, Jose and Joaquim Loureiro, both of Portugal; and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was the brother of the late Fatima Loureiro.
His funeral will be held on Saturday, November 5th at 8:30 A.M. from Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Anthony Church, 32 Lawn Ave., Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours will be held Friday November 4th from 6 - 9 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited.
