came to the end of life's journey on November 14, surrounded with love and compassion at The Philip Hulitar Hospice Center, she was 94 years old. She was the wife of the late Russell Fugere. She is survived by her three children, David Fugere and his wife Phyllis, of Daytona Beach FL, Russell Fugere Jr and his wife Linda of Punta Gorda FL and Gladys Lamontagne and husband David of Lincoln RI. Her grandchildren, David Fugere Jr, Amy Graham, Joel Jackson, and Sarah Edwards.Great grandchildren, Catherine and Samantha Fugere and Carson Graham. Her sisters, Gladys Mengel, Jean Waterman and Elizabeth Bertenshaw.
Burial is private. In lieu of flowers donations to her memory may be made to Hope Hospice and Palliative Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street Providence, RI 02904.
We will celebrate and remember her life on Saturday November 19 from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. at her home on One Cambria Drive, Lincoln. Barbara always enjoyed hearing laughter and conversations whenever there were visitors and we wish to fill her home with that on Saturday. We ask that family, friends and acquaintances join us, all are welcome. Barbara loved bright clothing, in honor of her memory feel free to dress loudly.

"I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to my fellow creatures, let me not defer nor neglect it for I shall not pass this way again."
