90, passed on November 26, 2016. She was the wife of the late Joseph W. McMullen. Born in Racine, Wisconsin she was the daughter of the late Harold (Pat) Gallagher and Marion (Hannon) Gallagher. Pat was a graduate of Pawtucket West High School. She received a Bachelor's degree from the Maryland College for Women. Pat worked at Bryant College for 15 years retiring in 1992.
She is survived by her six children, Patricia Webster, Joseph McMullen and his wife Louise, Peggy Redihan and her husband Kevin, T.J. McMullen and his wife Charlene. Terrence McMullen and his wife Noly, and Erin Vaughan. She also leaves a niece, Mary Ann (Hassell) Breault, ten grandchildren, Katherine (Webster) Mogul and her husband Jon, Brian McMullen, Jana McMullen, Christopher McMullen, Cory Vaughan, Kyle Vaughan, Amanda McMullen, Heather McMullen, Michael Redihan and Matthew Redihan, two great grandchildren Weston and Elin Mogul. She was predeceased by a brother William Gallagher and a niece, Eleanor (Hassell) Gershman.
Pat was a loving mother who took great joy in her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was always there for their games and recitals.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, November 29th at 10:15am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in Historic St. Joseph Church, Mendon Rd, Cumberland at 11:30am. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Cumberland. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be Monday from 5 to 8pm. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Holiday Retirement Home. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Activities Dept. of the Holiday Retirement Home.
