77, Dad was called home to be with God and his loving wife Juliette on December 18th after a short battle with cancer while surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Central Falls, he was the son of the late Russell and Anna (Chaston) Allard. The culmination of his lifelong love of automobiles and antique cars was his co-owning Allard's Auto Supply with his wife Juliette for 28 years.
He sadly leaves behind his children Allan Allard Jr. of Smithfield, Suzanne Allard of Arizona, David Allard and his wife Denise of Smithfield and Ernest Allard and his wife Nicole of Limington, ME, and "adopted" daughter, Louise Desmarais of Manville along with his ten loving grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was also survived by his brother, Russell and wife Mary, Marilynn (Seifert) Allard and her husband Paul and the late Dennis Allard and his late wife Connie.
His funeral will be held Thursday, December 22nd at 8:30am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church, Farnum Pike, Smithfield at 10 am. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are invited to the calling hours that will be held Wednesday from 5pm-8pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Hope Hospice and Palliative Care, 1069 North Main St, Providence RI 02904.
