91, passed on December 27th. He was the husband of Barbara (Caffrey) Zabinski. They have been married for 67 years.
He was the son of the late Anthony and Valentine (Widenski) Zabinski and resided most of his life in Cumberland. He was a Registered Architect for many years. Edmund was Army- Airforce Veteran of WWII.
Besides his wife he is survived by six children, Daniel, Robert, Stephen, Mark and Paul Zabinski and Kathleen Bradshaw, 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers, Henry and Alfred Zabinski and granddaughter, Jennifer Zabinski.
His funeral will be held Friday at 8:45am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Aidan Church, 1460 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland at 10am. Burial with military honors will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4 to 7pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Mother of Life Center, 400 Atwells Ave, Providence, RI 02909.
