35, passed on February 16, 2017 after a brief illness. After spending the day with many family members and friends, he passed the next morning with his mother and cousin Kathy by his side.
Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of Debra (Worsley) Ponton and the late Norman R. Ponton, Sr. He was a graduate of Central Falls Jr./ Sr. High School, class of 1999. Norman was a sweet guy that loved his family as well as Lego Pirates, Marvel Superheroes, Star Wars, WWE Wrestling, Disney movies, The Three Stooges, and drinking Dunkin Donuts coffee. He loved attending RI Comic-Con and visiting Walt Disney World.
Besides his mother, Norman is survived by his maternal grandmother, Mildred Worsley; several aunts and uncles as well as many loving cousins. He was also the grandson of the late Ernest Worsley, the late Gilbert Ponton Sr. and the late Beatrice Ponton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 26th from 1 - 3 P.M. at the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Relatives and friends are invited.
