48, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017.
She was born in Guatemala but immigrated to the United States in 1990. On her way to the US, she met her husband, Edgar Meza. They eventually settled and started their family in Providence, RI.

After immigrating to the United States, Brenda worked in multiple fields such as student teaching and secretarial work. She was a secretary at car dealerships for years. She worked hand in hand with her siblings at these car dealerships.

Brenda's biggest calling was for the Gospel - she firmly believed that Jesus Christ died to save the world and, thus, she devoted her time to seeking the Lord in prayer and studying the Holy Bible. She had a few church positions where she taught and pastored the church youth. Her dream was to open a new church in Providence.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 10th at 9:30 A.M. at the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Interment will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 9th from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. at the Keefe Funeral Home. Relatives and friends are invited.
