93, passed on May 15th surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Oliveiro Pina.
Born in Brava, Cape Verde, she was a daughter of the late Ricardo Delgado and Amelia de Barros. Tanchinha worked very hard for her family in Cape Verde, Angola and United States. She will be remembered and missed by all.
She is survived by three sons, Jose Alves and his wife Isaura Alves, Henrique Debarros and his wife Anita Debarros and Aristides DeBarros and his wife Laura DeBarros, two daughters, Matilde Andrade and her husband Jose Andrade and ILda Pina-Lopes and her husband Olavo Lopes, two sisters, Arminda Santos and Antonia "Tia" Fortes, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Domingos, Juvino, Joao, Adelina Delgado and Maria Dos Santos.
Her funeral will be held Saturday, May 20th at 8:30am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, High St., Pawtucket. Burial will be graveside in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. Visitation will be held Friday, May 19th from 5 to 8pm.
