She was the wife of Arthur W. Hicks; they have been married for 53 years.
Born in Fall River, MA, a daughter of the late John and Isabel (Woods) Rothermel. She lived most of her life in Providence.
She had been employed by the former Johnson Hummocks Restaurant for many years.
Besides her husband she is survived by a son, George St. Mary and his wife Ina of Pawtucket, two brothers, Herbert and Mark Rothermel, two sisters, Beverly Santos and Edith Turc, three grandchildren, four step grandchildren, several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late John, Henry, Donald, and William Rothermel, Beatrice Butler, Isabel St. Lawrence and Lillian Newman.
Calling hours will be held Monday from 9-11am followed by a service in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Pawtucket.
