80, passed on August 20th, 2017 with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Matilde DeBurgo. Born in Brava, Cape Verde, a son of the late Antonio DeBurgo and Christine DeBurgo. He had been employed as a jewelry polisher until his retirement in 2003. Other than his wife, he is survived by a son, Eusebio DeBurgo and a daughter in law, Angela DeBurgo. In addition; Anne Marie Azevedo Ponte, John Azevedo, and Beatrice Azevedo. His many grandchildren; David Azevedo, Jerel Ponte, Savon DaSilva, Alexis DaSilva, Bianca DeBurgo, Armani Ortega and Giulia DosSantos. Furthermore, he was the father of the late Regina Azevedo. His wake will be held Thursday August 24, 2017 from 5:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M. His funeral will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 8:45 A.M in the Keefe Funeral Home at 5 Higginson Ave Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at St.Raymond's Church at North Main Street, Providence at 10:00 A.M.
