98, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on September 25, 2017. Born in Brava, Cape Verde she was a daughter of the late Antonio DaGraca and Carolina Monteiro.
She is survived by a brother, Manuel Monteiro; a sister, Matilda Monteiro Xavier; 3 grandchildren, Auta Monteiro, Laura Monteiro and John Rodrigues; 7 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Maria Rodrigues; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, September 30th at 9am at Embaixadores Church of the Nazarene, 194 Barton St., Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery, Rumford. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5 - 8pm at Embaixadores Church of the Nazarene, 194 Barton St., Pawtucket.
