35, passed away on November 22, 2017. Born on November 24, 1981 to Leocadio Hernandez and Nora Fuentes, Diana was a young and happy soul. She brought laughter everywhere she went. She was always so kind and selfless. Diana will always be remembered for her joyous personality and spunky attitude. Although the Lord called for her too soon, she will forever be missed. Diana is survived by 5 beautiful children, 3 sisters, 2 brothers and her parents.
A funeral service will be held on Friday December 1, 2017 at 10am at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, 5 Branch Ave., Providence, RI 02904. Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 - 9pm. Relatives and friends are invited.
