passed away in the comfort of his home at age 62 on Sunday December 31, 2017. James was the son of Mary R. Hatfield (surviving) and James Robert Jordan, Sr. The brother of Debbie Monuteaux (deceased) and Christopher Jordan (surviving). He leaves behind his beautiful, loving wife, Elaine Ann McKinley. As well as his three surviving children Kenneth McKinley married to Sonia McKinley. Also his daughters Sheryl McKinley and Jessica Jordan.

His loving, selfless dedication to family is on display daily in the form of his three granddaughters Brieana McKinley, Alexandria McKinley, and Cassandra Lefort all of whom he chose to raise and later adopted as his own. Each of whom still choose to recognize him as their father rather than grandfather to this very day. Jimmy also has two other grandchildren Kenzie McKinley and Jaivon Jordan. The abundance of love in his heart was not limited to his human family. He also has two "furbabies" his two cats named 'Junior' and 'Titty'. For almost a decade it has been a daily ritual to see Jim walking 'Titty' on a leash through his Melrose neighborhood and surrounding streets of his city. He was a perfect example of Pride and Compassion to all the lives he touched.

Memorial Services are set for Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 1pm to 3pm. All are welcome. The surviving family members respectfully request in lieu of flowers that all guests consider donating those funds. Any and all donations are welcome.
