82, passed on January 14th. He was the husband of Lillian (Whiteman) Lussier. They have been married for 61 years. Born in New York, N.Y. he was a son of the late Oreme and Delia (Pelletier) Lussier. Richard was raised in Central Falls and was the last survivor of their five children. Dick had been employed as a machinist and then supervisor for the former Automatic Machine Products of Attleboro for over 40 years.
Richard served in the US Marines.
When he wasn't with family, he loved spending time with his dogs and his garden.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Richard W. Lussier and his wife Valerie, David T. Lussier and John R. Lussier, a daughter, Jeanne M. Lussier, eleven grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
His funeral will be held on Thursday, January 18th at 8:45am from Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Jude Church, Front St, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnson, With Military Honor. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5 - 8pm. Relatives and friends are invited. Visit
