35 of Cranston, died unexpectedly on June 4th. For 7 years he was the husband of Jaimie (Desorcy) Tippett of Riverside. He was a loving father to his children, Iriana and Andrew Tippett of Riverside, and Kevin Kaneta of Colorado. He was also the father of the late Morgan Tippett of Colorado.
Brooks was the son of Tyleen Wilson of Colorado and Ronald Tippett of California. He also leaves a sister, Gypsy Tippett of California, an uncle and aunt, Gary and Dorothy Wilson of Michigan, and Aunt Karen Wilson and Aunt Lorna O'Connor of California. He will be sadly missed by many good friends from Rhode Island to Colorado.
Brooks worked as a painter/sprayer for over 10 years in Colorado and Rhode Island.
He was an avid sports fan, who enjoyed many sports from baseball to nascar. He loved to play sports, and was involved in softball and semi-pro football leagues.
He lived for an extended period in Michigan and became a life long Michigan sports fan, following the Lions,Red Wings and Michigan.....MGOBLUE.....
He also enjoyed watching New England sports teams and Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
He enjoyed spending time with his children, from going to the playground to coloring with them and camping.
Lastly, one of his best friends was his dog, Sandie, who will miss him dearly.
Calling hours will be held Saturday from 2-4pm followed by a service at 4pm from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
A fundraising event, proceeds to benefit expenses & family will be held THIS EVENING, Thursday June 10th from 6:30pm till 10pm at Wes’ Rib House, Dyke St, Providence
