100 years old, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018, in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island, June 14, 1917.

Adelina was a longtime resident of Cumberland, Rhode Island and has spent the last eleven years residing at Stillwater Heights Apartments in Harrisville, Rhode Island. Before retiring, she worked at Western Union as a singing telegraph operator. She was a parishioner of Historic Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Ashton, Rhode Island. Adelina was a lifelong member of The Daughters' of Isabella at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, a member of the Cumberland and Foster, R. I. Senior Centers.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband Anthony P. Coletta and her son Paul Coletta. Beloved mother of Gail Barbera and husband Dominick of Phoenix, Arizona, Anthony Coletta and his wife Pamela of Harrisville, R.I., Dear grandmother of Jessica Karlsson of San Diego, CA and Jeffrey Barbera of Scottsdale, Arizona. Loving great grandmother of Alexander Karlsson. Surviving siblings, Ralph Golato and Yolanda Evangelista. Deceased siblings, Oresto Golato Compton, Alfred Golato, Mary Di Quinzio, and Beatice Pacheco.

A celebration of life will be held for Adelina at a later date in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
