69, of Log Rd. passed August 20th at the Landmark Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer. Juliette was the beloved wife of 51 years to Allan Allard.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Ernest J. and Ozlinea (Rivard) DesMarais. Juliette was the co-owner of Allard's Auto Supply of Central Falls and then retired from Super Value and Brooke Eckerd Drugs. Besides her husband, she is also survived by her cherished children, Allan Allard Jr. of Smithfield, Suzanne Allard of Phoenix Az, David Allard and his wife Denise, of Smithfield and Ernest of Limington, ME, along with her very treasured ten grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Henry and Claudette DesMarais.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday August 24th at 8:30am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church, Farnum Pike, Smithfield at 10 am. Committal prayers will follow in the Chapel of Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited, calling hours will be held Monday 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Eckankar Center, 2914 Post Rd. Unit 3, Warwick RI 02886, or the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd. Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886-2233.
