71, formerly of Monroe Ave, passed peacefully at Charlesgate Nursing Home. He was the husband of Elaine (DosSantos) Field. They have been married for 50 years.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Walter and Dorothy (King) Field.
He had been employed by the Pawtucket School Department for over 25 years retiring due to illness and had previously been employed by Gilbane Corp.
Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter, Debra Segalla and her husband Angelo, two grandchildren, Brett and Austin Segalla.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, January 2nd from 3:30 to 5:00pm followed by prayer service at 5pm. Burial will be private
