73, of Binford Street, a loving brother and uncle, passed peacefully at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center of Rhode Island on Thursday, January 13, 2011.

Born in Central Falls, on January 4, 1938, Roland was a son of the late Elie O. Lavallee and Aurore (Robert) Lavallee.

Roland graduated from St. Raphael Academy and the University of Rhode Island. He taught in several elementary schools in RI.
