3, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 25, 2011, at Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, RI. A true miracle, Ethan was a beloved son, grandson, nephew, godchild and cousin; Ethan leaves behind his parents, Steve and Julie, and brother, Zachary (7). His grandparents, Paul and Lucille Lecours and Kathryn Howard, also survive him. He was also the grandson of the late Allan Howard. Immediate family members include: Godfather, Michael Lecours, and aunt Stacey Lecours with cousins, Nicholas and Hope; uncles, Matthew and Andrew Howard; and Godmother, Guiomar Pimentel, and uncle Paul Pimentel with cousins Alexia and Celina and many other treasured family members and friends.
An angel from heaven, a treasured gift, Ethan taught us all so much. Words cannot describe what he meant to everyone who knew him. He was special in many ways but most of all he brought love to everyone around him. The joys he brought, with his smile and his infectious way to make everyone happy; Ethan will live in our hearts forever.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Saturday, January 29, 2011, at 10 AM at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Avenue, Lincoln, RI. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Pawtucket, RI, Pleasant Street. Calling hours are Friday, January 28, 2011, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ethan's behalf to Hasbro Children's Hospital, 593 Eddy Street, Providence, RI, 02903 or Tavares Pediatric Center, 101 Plain Street, Providence, RI, 02903. The family wants to thank all those who assisted Ethan through the past three years at Hasbro Children's, Tavares and Boston's Children. Ethan received the best care and was loved by all, which his family will be eternally grateful for always and forever.
