52, passed on March 4th, surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife of Russell R. Ridge Jr. for over 30 years. She was the daughter of Norma McCarthy and the late Francis X. McCarthy.
Donna loved her family and friends, her pets Penny, Jasper and Kitty. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and arts and crafts. Most of all she enjoyed helping people.
Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by two sons, Russell R. Ridge III, and his wife Susan, and Mathew M. Ridge and his partner Tammy, and daughter Erin M. Ridge, a brother, Patrick McCarthy, a dear Aunt, Joan McKinnon and a granddaughter, Bella Marie.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, March 8th from 4-7pm followed by a prayer service at 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to The RI Food Bank, 200 Niantic Ave, Providence, RI, 02907.
