81, formerly of Liberty St, passed March 18th with her loving husband Bernard by her side; they have been married for 58 years.
Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Aurelle and Jean
LaPierre. She was a lifelong Central Falls resident and longtime Communicant of Holy Spirit Parish (St Matthew Church).
She had been employed by Hord Tool and Dye as a production manager for many years retiring in 1992.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Paul R. Raymond and Dennis R. Raymond, two daughters, Jeanne Monast and Anne Gaboury, a brother, Robert LaPierre, two sisters, Doris Turenne and Julie Desnoyers, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Normand LaPierre.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 8:30AM from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St, Central Falls at 9:30 am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited, calling hours will be held Monday from 5 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Holy Spirit Parish Building Fund, 1030 Dexter St, Central Falls, RI 02865.
