age 40, passed away suddenly on March 27, 2011. Born in New Jersey on February 7, 1971. He was the son of the late William Henry Jones, Sr, and the late Rita Ann (Heger) Jones. He leaves four sisters:
Gail A. Dwyer, Lisa L. Jones, Kimberly Swinson, and Karen Jones Ariosta; one brother,Francis (Frank) E. Tower, Jr. He also leaves eight nieces, eight nephews, two great nephews, and two great nieces. Billy was involved in many civic organizations, political venues, and multiple sports teams. Billy lived in and loved the West End community, and was well known for his generosity and kindness to all walks of life.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 10am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4 to 8pm.
