75, passed unexpectedly on May 7th. She was the wife of Joseph A. Gingras, they had been married for 58 years.
Born in Central Falls she was a daughter of the late Henry and Aurora (Gaudreau) Lemire.
Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Susan Tillier and Pauline Cauley, 4 sons, Edward, Roland, Ronald and Kenneth Gingras, 2 sisters, Irene Lamontagne, Pauline Bertoncini, a brother Roland Lemire, 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late George, Robert and Raymond Lemire and Annette Garreau.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Edward Church, Weeden St, Pawtucket at 10am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the American Heart Association, 222 Richmond St, Suite 108, Providence, RI, 02903.
