74, of Lincoln Ave, passed peacefully Wednesday surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Leonard E. Rounds Jr. They were married 43 years.

Jeannette was born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late George and Leona (Mardo) Fayan. She was a lifelong Central Falls resident.

She had been employed as a supervisor for 15 years by Hasbro Industries.

She was a member of the Aleppian Aid Society, St. Basil Church Altar Sodality and Senior Citizens Group, Cumberland Senior Center and also was a volunteer at the Bread of Life Soup Kitchen at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Pawtucket.

Besides her husband she is survived by a son, Leonard E. Rounds III of Central Falls, two sisters, Victoria Prochniak of Central Falls and Mary DiGregorio of Cumberland, two brothers, Joseph Fayan of Barrington and V. Edward Fayan of Cumberland and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Michael and James Fayan.

Calling hours will be held Thursday from 5-8pm in the Church of St. Basil the Great 15 Skyview Drive, Lincoln with a Liturgy of Christian Burial, Friday at 10am. Burial will be in St. Basil Cemetery, Cumberland. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Church of St. Basil the Great Building Fund, 15 Skyview Dr. Lincoln, RI 02865. Arrangements are by the Keefe Funeral Home, Lincoln.
