82, of Mendon Rd, passed peacefully at home on July 22nd. He was the husband of Ada (Bardsley) Longtin.
Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Omer and Estelle (Crabtree) Longtin. He was the father of Ronald, Kenneth, Robert and Alan Longtin, Sharon Estrella, Deborah Ambeault and Cathy Wunschel, 20 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Theresa Locklin, Roger Longtin and the late Jerry Longtin. Joseph was the proprietor of A&J meat store and Saint's Market. He retired from TMI and was a Coast Guard Veteran of WWII.
A memorial service will be held July 27th at the Woodlawn Baptist Church at 10am.
