88, passed August 9th at home with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Manuel Mendes.
Odete is also survived by 10 children, Manny, Tony, Peter, Fred, John, and Paul Mendes, Antonio Goncalves, Maria Lafferty, Maria Lavault and Linda Bowen, 22 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Catholic Burial will be held Friday at 10am in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Fatima Drive, Cumberland. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6 to 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
