He had been employed by Auto Parts International for many years.
Besides his wife and mother he is survived by a daughter, Heather Ferreira and a grandson, Avery. He was the brother of the late Judith Borek.
A prayer service will be held Saturday at 4pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Relatives and friends are invited and may visit starting at 3pm. Burial will be private.
