Born in Pawtucket, son of the late Earl J. Allen Sr. and Doris (Allard) Allen.
He had been previously employed by Peir Cleaners and Turcotte Tool and Dye.
He is survived by three daughters, Kerrie Allen, Brenda Dankwa and Tara Nagy, 2 brothers, Steven Allen and David Allen and 9 grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held Saturday from 5 to 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
