89, of Dewey Ave, passed October 18th with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of the late Roger Buteau.
Born in Albion, a daughter of the late Charles and Sarah (Gagne) Emond.
She had dedicated her life to her family.
She is survived by three sons, Alfred Buteau, Roland Buteau and Roger Buteau, four daughters, Linda Buteau, Sheila Veveiros, Jeannette Martel and Susan Auclair, a sister, Clairese Landry, a brother, Pete Emond and 25 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Aurore Gagnon, Ernest and Wilfred Emond.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St, Central Falls at 9am. Burial will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited, calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Home & Hospice care of RI, 1085 North Main St, Providence, RI 02904.
