Willie Ann Nixon-Wilson was one of four children born on April 26th, 1945 to the late Lee Nixon and Mary Foster-Nixon in Raleigh, NC. She departed this life Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Life Care Center in Acton, Mass.
Raised in a Christian home she gave her heart to Jesus at an early age and went on to receive Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior in 2004. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts and was employed with the Boston Public School System.
With Great Love and many Loving memories she leaves behind her Lifetime Partner James Hampton, 1 Sister - Elzinia Williams, Six Children - Cordia, Colette, Jerry, Monika, Keisha and Steven; Eight Grandchildren - Eric, Raynya, Diandre, Tarry, K’Dasia, Andreana, Sumaya, and Dream; Two Great Grandchildren - Christina and Kenneth and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends who loved her.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI (401) 725-4253.
