"Debbie", 51, passed peacefully with her loving family by her side after a long battle with cancer. She was the wife of Mark F. McNeile.
She predeceases her mother, Adele (Oldrid) Pytka and her husband Benjamin of Rehoboth and her father, Arthur "Tom" Costigan and his wife Madeleine of Auburndale, FL.
She had been employed by Uvex for 20 years before retiring due to illness.
Debbie enjoyed her Friday night get-togethers with her family and playing with her miniature Schnauzers.
Besides her husband and parents she is survived by a daughter, Danna Costigan-Benoit, her siblings, Donna Long, Doreen Voyer, Tammi Johnson, Alan and Jeffrey Costigan, her step siblings, Karen Martel, Wendy Burke, Gwen Pytka and Lisa Vartanian and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10 from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Monday from 5 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Memorial Hospital's Cancer Center, 111 Brewster St, Pawtucket RI 02860.
