Born in Cumberland, he was the son of the late Stacia (Strzempek) Pluta. He resided the past 8 years at Blackstone Falls and previously was a longtime Pawtucket resident.
Frank had been employed by the former Almacs for many years. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 251. He was an Army WWII Veteran.
He is survived by a son, Kevin F. Pluta and his wife Carolyn, two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Andrew Pluta, a brother, Walter Pluta all of Cumberland. He was the brother of the late Joseph Pluta and Helen Morrow. Services were private. Interment with Military Honors was in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
